What is the Roster?
RedR India manages a roster of selected professionals who are available to deploy for humanitarian and disaster risk reduction assignments. To become a member, a professional has to apply and undergo a stringent selection process.
An interested candidate goes through different stages — beginning from the expression of interest / nomination, followed by an application form, reference checks, personal interview, and final completion on participating in RedR India's mandatory training courses: the Essentials of Humanitarian Practice (EHP) and Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) courses, as well as recommended training courses which the Interview Panel may advise for additional self-learning and experience.
